आदरणीय मुख्यमन्त्री जी,
डॉ० इन्दिरा हृदयेश जी के आकस्मिक निधन के कारण मैं इस समय सरकार के विरुद्ध कुछ कहना नहीं चाहता था, लेकिन कुम्भ मेले में भ्रष्टाचार के जिस तरह से नित नये काले कारनामे उजागर हो रहे हैं, वह राज्य की छवि को धूल-धूसरित और मलिन कर रहे हैं, इसलिये मुझे आपको पत्र लिखना पड़ रहा है। 2010 में भी ठीक यही स्थिति हुई थी, सरकार का भ्रष्टाचारी चेहरा हमने सदन के भीतर और बाहर बेनकाब किया था।
मैं अभी हरिद्वार गया था तो हर व्यक्ति की जुबान पर कुम्भ मेले के भ्रष्टाचार के किस्से थे। अखाड़ों और संतों ने खुले रूप से आरोप लगाये और यहाँ तक कहा कि कुछ छद्म संतों की हथेलियाँ गरम कर सरकार के पक्ष में बयान दिलवाये गये।
भ्रष्टाचार और भाजपा सरकारों का चोली-दामन का साथ है, यह जग-जाहिर है।
लेकिन, वर्तमान प्रकरण जो कुम्भ मेले में कोरोना की जाँच रिपोटों से सम्बंधित है, अत्यन्त गम्भीर है। लोगों की ज़िन्दगी से जुड़ा हुआ है और जिस तरह कुम्भ मेले के बाद कोरोना का कहर बरपा वह कल्पनातीत है। उत्तराखंड का कोई घर नहीं है, जहाँ इसका दुष्प्रभाव न पड़ा हो। घर के घर तबाह हो गये। जवान मौतें हुईं हैं 25 से 40 आयु वर्ग के लोगों की।
कौन इन सबकी जिम्मेदारी लेगा..?
कुम्भ मेले में इस तरह के भ्रष्टाचार के कारण ही प्रदेश पर कोरोना का यह प्रलय काल आया है।
आप की अब तक की छवि निष्ठावान, सज्जन, सीधे और ईमानदार राजनैतिक-सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता की रही है। कुम्भ के घोटालों पर पर्दा डालकर आपको अपने दामन को दागदार नहीं बनाना चाहिये।
अत: मेरा आपसे आग्रह है कि तुरन्त निष्पक्ष जाँच एजेंसी से कुम्भ के सारे कामों की जाँच आपकी छवि को दागदार होने से तो बचायेगी ही साथ ही साथ उत्तराखंड की लाज भी बचेगी और भ्रष्टाचारियों को सजा मिलेगी।
धार्मिक आयोजनों में ही अगर भ्रष्टाचार का बोल-बाला हो गया तो “बाड़ खेत को खा रही है” कहावत चरितार्थ हो गयी है।
भाजपा धर्म व भगवान राम के नाम पर सत्तासीन हुई है,
कुम्भ के भ्रष्टाचार का “कलंक” राष्ट्रीय व अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भाजपा की छवि को मटियामेट कर देगा।
इसलिये मेरा आग्रह है , कुम्भ घोटालों की जाँच सक्षम एजेंसी से करवाने हेतु आदेश निर्गत करें।
