एक दिवसीय भ्रमण पर जनपद में पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने कोरोना संक्रमण के नियंत्रण एवं उपचार हेतु कोविड चिकित्सालय एवं कोविड केयर सेंटर में की गयी व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थानीय महाविद्यालय में 100 बेड का बनाया गया कोविड केयर सेंटर निरीक्षण कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। इसके पश्चात ट्रामा सेंटर का निरीक्षण कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया, तथा भर्ती मरीजों से दूरभाष कर वार्ता कर उनसे स्वास्थ के संबंध में जानकारी ली। जिला चिकित्सालय में बच्चों हेतु बनायें गयें वार्ड का भी निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने पीपीई किट पहनकर चिकित्सालय में भर्ती कोविड मरीजों से मिलकर उनके स्वास्थ के संबंध में जानकारी ली। निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने चिकित्सालय में कार्यरत डॉक्टरों एवं स्टॉस नर्स सहित अन्य कार्मिको से वार्ता कर मरीजों को उपलब्ध करायी जा रही सुविधा के संबंध मे जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड संक्रमण की रोकथाम के लिए सभी डॉक्टरों एवं अन्य स्टॉफ द्वारा पूर्ण मनोयोग से कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होने यह भी निर्देश दिए कि कोरोना संक्रमण के रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण के लिए सभी लोंगो को मिलजुल कर कार्य करने की जरूरत है, तथा चिकित्सालय में भर्ती मरीजो की किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो इसके लिए सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थायें सुनिश्चित की जाय। इसमें विशेष कर सभी चिकित्सालयों में ऑक्सीजन व दवा आदि की व्यवस्था पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्ध रहे। इसके साथ ही साफ-सफाई का विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दियें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कोविड चिकित्सालय में भर्ती मरीजों को बेहतर स्वास्थ सुविधायें उपलब्ध कराया जाने पर प्रशंसा व्यक्त की।
निरीक्षण के उपरान्त मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा विकास भवन सभागार में जनपद में कोविड संक्रमण के रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण के लिए कियें जा रहें कार्यो की संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने कोविड संक्रमण में लगे अधिकारियों को निर्देश दियें कि संक्रमण के रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण के लिए ग्राम स्तर पर गठित निगरानी समिति को और अधिक बेहतर ढंग से कार्य करने की जरूरत है तथा किसी व्यक्ति में किसी प्रकार के लक्षण आने पर उसे तत्काल स्वास्थ परीक्षण हेतु प्रेरित एवं जागरूक किया जाय तथा अधिक से अधिक लोंगो की सैंपलिंग करायी जाय तथा लोंगो के मन से भय की भावना को हटाने के लिए उन्हें स्वास्थ परीक्षण कराने हेतु लगातार प्रेरित किया जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की प्राथमिकता है कि सभी को संकट की इस घडी में बेहतर से बेहतर स्वास्थ सुविधा उपलब्ध हो इसके लिए सरकार निरंतर प्रयासरत है, जिसके लिए प्रदेश के सभी चिकित्सालय में आई0सी0यू0 एवं वेंटीलेटर के साथ-साथ ऑक्सीजन जेनरेशन प्लांट भी बढायें गये है। इसके अलावा ब्लॉक स्तर पर संचालित पीएचसी एवं सीएचसी सेंटरों में भी सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थायें उपलब्ध कराये जाने हेतु कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दियें यदि किसी व्यक्ति में किसी प्रकार के लक्षण पाये जाते है तो उसे आवश्यक दवा किट उपलब्ध करायी जाय, इसके साथ ही आईवरमेक्टिन दवा को भी प्राथमिकता के साथ सभी लोगो को उपलब्ध करायी जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि संक्रमण की रोकथाम के लिए सभी लोगो का वैक्सीनेशन किया जाय, इस संबंध में व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार-प्रसार भी किया जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमण पर सभी के सहयोग से काबू पाया जा सकता हैं, जिसके लिए सभी जनप्रतिनिधियो एवं अधिकारी व कार्मिकों को आपसी समन्वय से मिलजुल कर कार्य करने की आवश्यकता है। समीक्षा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड संक्रमण के साथ-साथ आगामी मानसून के दृष्टिगत सभी संबंधित विभागों को अपनी-अपनी पूर्ण तैयारी करने के निर्देश दियें, तथा सड़क मार्ग से जुडें विभागों, खाद्यान्न, विद्युत, जल संस्थान, पेयजल, सिंचाई आदि विभागों को समय रहते सभी अवश्यक व्यवस्थायें तत्काल करने को कहा। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने आपदा के उपयोग मे लाये जाने वाले उपकरणो को भी दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में रखने के निर्देश दियें। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने जनपद में संचालित विकास कार्यो समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि जनपद में जो भी विकास योजनायें संचालित हो रही हैं, उसका लाभ आमजनता तक उपलब्ध हो, इस दिशा में कार्य किया जाय। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा जनपद में कोविड संक्रमण के नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम के लिए बेहतर ढंग से कार्य कियें जाने पर जिलाधिकारी सहित उनकी पूरी टीम को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि जिस तरह से अभी तक इस संक्रमण के रोकथाम के लिए कार्य किया गया है आगे भी इसी मनोयोग से कार्य करने की आवश्यकता है। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान जनप्रतिनिधियों ने जो भी सुझाव व मांग की गई है उन सभी पर सकारात्मक ढंग से विचार किया जाएगा।
समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी विनीत कुमार ने अवगत कराया कि कोरोना संक्रमण के नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम के लिए जनपद में सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थायें सुनिश्चित करायी गयी है। जनपद में बढते संक्रमण के दृष्टिगत कोविड चिकित्सालय में 26 बेड के स्थान पर 44 और ऑक्सीजन बेड तैयार कियें गये है, इसी के साथ कोविड केयर सेंटर में 100 ऑक्सीजन बेडो की व्यवस्था की गयी है। इसके अलावा बैजनाथ पर्यटन आवास गृह में 20 ऑक्सीजन बेड की व्यवस्था की गयी है। इसके अलावा जनपद में तीन सौ से अधिक जंबो सिंलिडरों, 135 बी-टाईप सिंलिडर तथा 194 ऑक्सीजन कंसेन्टे्रटर उपलब्ध है। इसके अलावा जनपद में ऑक्सीजन जेनरेशन प्लांट भी स्वीकृत हो गया है, जिस पर कार्य जल्द ही शुरू किया जायेगा। इसके साथ ही दूरस्थ क्षेत्र कपकोट में भी सीएचसी में ऑक्सीजन जेनरेशन प्लांट लगाने की कार्यवाही की जा रही है। कौसानी में 85 बेड का कोविड केयर सेंटर संचालित किया जा रहा हैं तथा कपकोट एवं काण्डा में भी कोविड केयर सेंटर तैयार कियें जा रहें है। उन्होंने कहा कि जनपद मे आने वाले व्यक्ति की निगरानी ग्राम निगरानी समिति के अलावा सीआरटी एवं बीआरटी टीमों द्वारा भी किया जा रहा है, तथा मेडिकल किट भी उपलब्ध कराये जा रहे है। तथा सभी आशा एवं आंगनबाडी कार्यकर्ती को चार-चार ऑक्सीमीटर व थर्मामीटर तथा पीपीई किट के साथ मॉस्क एवं सेनेटाईजर भी उपलब्ध करायें गये हैं। इसके साथ ही जनपद में वैक्सीनेशन का कार्य सफलता पूर्वक किया जा रहा हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी मानसून के दृष्टिगत सभी अधिकारियों के साथ आवश्यक बैठक कर ली गयी है तथा सभी को की जाने वाली तैयारियो एवं व्यवस्थाओ के संबंध में भी दिशा निर्देश दिये गये है।
