मुख्यंमत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य का विकास सरकार की शीर्ष प्राथमिकता है
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरूवार को पोखरी में आयोजित सात दिवसीय 16वां हिमवंत कवि चन्द्रकुंवर बर्त्वाल खादी ग्रामोद्योग एवं पर्यटन शरदोत्सव मेले का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेन्द्र प्रसाद भट्ट भी उनके साथ मौजूद रहे। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने पोखरी नगर में सीसी व टाइल्स मार्गो के निर्माण, पोखरी नगर में नालों का निर्माण, नगर पंचायत पोखरी में सोलर लाइट स्थापित करने, पोखरी में मिनि स्टेडियम के अवशेष निर्माण कार्य हेतु धनराशि की स्वीकृति, पुष्करेश्वर महादेव मंदिर पोखरी गांव तक सिंचाई सिंचाई विभाग के नाला निर्माण कार्य और राजकीय पोखरी मेले को 5 लाख रुपये की धनराशि देने की घोषणा भी की।
प्रकृति के चितेरे कवि चन्द्र कुंवर बर्त्वाल को श्रद्धांजलि देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रख्यात कवि चन्द्र कुंवर बर्त्वाल ने मात्र 28 साल की उम्र में हिंदी साहित्य को अनमोल कविताओं का समृद्व खजाना दे दिया था। उनकी कविताओं में अटूट प्रकृति प्रेम झलकता है। जीवन के इस छोटे सफर में उन्होंने सात सौ से भी अधिक कविताएं, गीत, मुक्तक, निबंध आदि लिखकर एक इतिहास रचा है। हिमपण्डित शैल शिखर, सदानीरा कल कल करती नदियां, लंबे चौडे लहलहाते चारागाह, दूर दूर तक फैले चीड़, बांज, बुरांश, देवदार के घने जंगल, रंग बिरंगे फूलों से लदालद भरी घाटियां, पशु पक्षी, ऋतुओं का पट-परिवर्तन, घन गर्जन सभी का चमत्कारिक चित्रण उनकी कविताओं में मिलता है।
मुख्यंमत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य का विकास सरकार की शीर्ष प्राथमिकता है और हर क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए संकल्पबद्व है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने जो भी संकल्प लिए है उनको पूरा किया जा रहा है। हमारे संकल्प, विकल्प रहित हैं और हम हर संकल्प को सिद्धि तक ले जाने का काम कर रहे है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ग्रामोदय से भारत उदय मिशन के साथ लगातार काम कर रही है। केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार के माध्यम से गरीब कल्याण के लिए अनेक योजनाएं शुरू की गई है।
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में हमारे राज्य के साथ ही पूरे देश में अनेकों कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने दुनिया को संदेश दिया कि इस सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखण्ड का होगा। राज्य जब 25वॉ स्थापना दिवस मना रहा होगा, तब राज्य सभी क्षेत्रों में देश का अग्रणी एवं आदर्श राज्य होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यटन, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, रोजगार, कृषि जैसे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नंबर वन बनेगा। कहा हमारी सरकार हर समय जनता की सेवा में समर्पित है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य के नौजवानों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं होने दिया जाएगा। दोषी और भ्रष्टाचारियों को कड़ी सजा दी जाएगी। युवाओं का समय खराब न हो इसके लिए लोक सेवा आयोग के माध्यम से शीघ्र अतिशीघ्र सात हजार पदों की परीक्षाएं संपन्न करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। जल्द ही सरकार 12 हजार रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए भी विज्ञप्ति जारी करने जा रही है।
नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष लक्ष्मी प्रसाद पंत ने मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए शॉल, मोमेंटों एवं चन्द्र कुंवर बर्त्वाल का चित्र भेंट किया।
