देहरादून 19 जून, भाजपा प्रदेश कार्यसमिति की प्रदेश मुख्यालय में आयोजित वर्चुअल बैठक में प्रदेश प्रभारी और राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री दुष्यंत कुमार गौतम ने कहा कि भाजपा के हर कार्यकर्ता को समर्पण भाव से राष्ट्र निर्माण में अपना योगदान देने का संकल्प लेना होगा। अपने सम्बोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में हमें किसी राजनैतिक दल से चुनौती नहीं, बल्कि मुकाबला भाजपा बनाम देश विरोधी ताकतों का है। विरोधी ताकतें हमारी आस्था, संस्कृति और धर्म को बदनाम करने की कोशिश कर रही हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि कुंभ को बदनाम कर कोरोना का वाहक बताने की कोशिश की गई, लेकिन यह आश्चर्यजनक था कि हरिद्वार में कोरोना मरीज बहुत कम थे। वहीं विरोधियो की नज़र महाराष्ट्र, पंजाब, झारखंड, दिल्ली और अन्य राज्यों की ओर नहीं गई। क्योंकि हरिद्वार में सनातन संस्कृति का पर्व चल रहा था। राम मंदिर के मार्ग में रोड़े अटकाने वाले और राम के अस्तित्व पर सवाल उठाने वाले मंदिर को लेकर भी तरह तरह की अफवाह फैला रहे हैं। उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओ का आह्वान किया कि जिस तरह से राम सेतु के निर्माण में नन्ही गिलहरी ने भी स्वप्रेरणा से योगदान दिया उसी तरह कार्यकर्ता देश के निर्माण में योगदान दे। सत्ता पाने के लिए ही सेवा नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए भी कार्य करना है।
इससे पूर्व, भाजपा प्रदेश कार्यसमिति की वर्चुअल बैठक का उद्घाटन प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मदन कौशिक, दुष्यंत गौतम, मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत संगठन महामंत्री अजेय कुमार, राजेन्द्र भंडारी, कुलदीप कुमार द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया l
अपने अध्यक्षीय उद्धबोधन में प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री मदन कौशिक ने कहा कि कोरोना काल की इस महामारी के दौरान सभी विपक्षी दलों ने प्रदेश की जनता को गुमराह करने का काम किया, परंतु भाजपा के कार्यकर्ता लगातार इस महामारी के दौरान भी अपनी जान हथेली पर लेकर लोगों की सेवा में जुटे रहे। भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा प्रदेश मुख्यालय व 14 जिला मुख्यालयों पर कंट्रोल रूम की स्थापना की गई और इनके माध्यम से हजारों हजार लोगों की दिन-रात मदद की गई। चाहे किसी को आक्सीजन की आवश्यकता हो चाहे वेंटिलेटर की आवश्यकता पड़ी हो अथवा राशन या अन्य जरुरत में प्रत्येक जगह हमारे कार्यकर्ता जरूरत की सामग्री लेकर पहुंचे। इस महामारी में जहां भाजपा करोना से लड़ रही थी वही विपक्ष भाजपा से लड़ रहा था।
उन्होंने कहा कि युवा मोर्चा द्वारा पूरे प्रदेश में ब्लड डोनेशन कैंप का आयोजन कर 5000 से ज्यादा यूनिट ब्लड एकत्रित किया गया, वही महिला मोर्चा द्वारा लगातार स्वयं के हाथों से तैयार मास्क वितरण का काम घर घर जाकर किया गया।
प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि कोराना की दूसरी लहर के दौरान सरकार द्वारा युद्ध स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं जुटाई गई। ऋषिकेश में 500 बेड का हॉस्पिटल मात्र 3 सप्ताह में डीआरडीओ की मदद से तैयार कर दिया गया। इसी प्रकार हल्द्वानी में भी 500 बेड का हॉस्पिटल रिकॉर्ड 21 दिन में तैयार किया गया। प्रदेश में वेंटिलेटर, ऑक्सीजन बेड, ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर आदि तमाम स्वास्थ्य उपकरणों को उपलब्ध कराने का काम सरकार ने किया। सुदूरवर्ती अल्मोड़ा व गोपेश्वर जैसे स्थानों पर भी ऑक्सीजन प्लांट स्थापित करने का काम भाजपा की सरकार ने किया।
श्री कौशिक ने कहा कि विपक्ष द्वारा सल्ट उप चुनाव को 2022 का सेमीफाइनल बताया गया और भाजपा ने भारी बहुमत से सेमीफाइनल को जीता और 2022 में इसी प्रकार फाइनल भी भाजपा ही जीतेगी। भाजपा के समर्पित कार्यकर्ता जिस प्रकार प्रथम कोरोना लहर में जन सेवा में जुटे रहे उसी तरह दूसरी लहर में भी सेवा ही संगठन पार्ट-2 के माध्यम से जनता की सेवा कर रहे हैं l
द्वितीय सत्र में प्रदेश महामंत्री संगठन अजेय द्वारा वृत्त निवेदन व आगामी कार्यक्रम की जानकारी दी गई। प्रदेश महामंत्री अजेय ने आगामी सभी कार्यक्रमों को मंडल स्तर तक करना सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा।
अजेय ने बैठक का वृत निवेदन के साथ पार्टी के आगामी कार्यक्रमो की रूपरेखा रखी, जिसमे 15 कार्यक्रम तय किये गए जिनमें प्रदेश स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण 20 जून से 6 सप्ताह तक 6 सत्रों में आयोजन किया जाएगा। इसके अंतर्गत सभी कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा। 21 जून को अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर बूथ स्तर तक योग शिविर के लगाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। 23 जून डॉ श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी के जन्मदिवस पर जिसे स्मृति दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है के अंतर्गत 23 जून से 6 जुलाई तक पूरे प्रदेश भर में बूथ स्तर तक डॉ मुखर्जी के प्रतिमा का माल्यार्पण व उनके विचार त्याग एवम बलिदान पर व्याख्यान के साथ स्वछता अभियान, वृक्षारोपण व प्लास्टिक रहित अभियान चलाए जाएंगे। 25 जून को देश मे कांग्रेस द्वारा लगाए गए आपातकाल को काला दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाएगा। इसके अन्तर्गत वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग, पत्रकार वार्ता के माध्यम से कांग्रेस द्वारा लोकतंत्र पर किये हमले के बारे में अवगत कराना व आपातकाल के दौरान मीसा बंदियों से मिलकर उन्हें सम्मानित किया जाएगा। 27 जून को महीने में आयोजित होने वाले प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मन की बात के कार्यक्रम को प्रत्येक बूथ पर आयोजित कर अधिक से अधिक लोगो के साथ मन की बात कार्यक्रम को सुनना व प्रचारित करना है। मेरा बूथ टीकाकरण युक्त अभियान के तहत 18 वर्ष उपर के सभी लोगों का टीकाकरण सुनिश्चित कराने टीके की दूसरी डोज के लिए लोगों को प्रेरित करने का अभियान शुरु किया गया है।
श्री अजेय ने बताया कि सेवा ही संग़ठन के अंतर्गत सभी राहत कार्य पूर्व की भांति जारी रहेंगे। ग्राम स्वास्थय स्वयं सेवक अभियान के तहत शहरी क्षेत्रों के दो लाख लोगों व प्रत्येक गाँव से एक युवा ओर एक महिला कार्यकर्ताओं को मंडल स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण देने का कार्य किया जाएगा जिसमे प्रशिक्षण के लिए प्रत्येक मण्डल स्तर पर तीन सदस्यीय टीम का गठन किया जाएगा। इसमें एक महिला व एक डॉक्टर कार्यकर्ता को शामिल करने के लिए कहा गया। टीम के माध्यम से लोगो को स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परामर्श दिया जाएगा। 31 जुलाई से पूर्व राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री श्री भूपेंद्र यादव के प्रवास बूथ से लेकर प्रदेश पदाधिकारी बैठकों का आयोजन होगा व सामाजिक क्षेत्र प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्तियों से सम्पर्क भी करेंगे। 27, 28, 29 जून को रामनगर में 7 सत्रों में चिंतन शिविर आयोजित होगा जिसमे राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री संग़ठन श्री बीएल संतोष भी भाग लेंगे। 25 सितंबर तक पार्टी द्वारा सशक्त मंडल , सक्रिय बूथ समिति व पन्ना प्रमुखों की नियुक्त करने का अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इसके अलावा पार्टी द्वारा विशेष संपर्क अभियान, युवा मोर्चा , महिला मोर्चा सहित सभी मोर्चों के अलग अलग कार्यक्रम निर्धारित किये गए हैं।
बैठक में प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष देवेंद्र भसीन द्वारा कोरोना काल के दौरान देश व प्रदेश में कोरोना से दिवंगत हुए सभी लोगो, महान विभूतियों व पार्टी के पदाधिकारी व कार्यकर्ताओं के लिए शोक प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत कर उनकी आत्मा की शांति के लिए 2 मिनट का मौन रखा गया l
बैठक में कार्यसमिति के सभी सदस्यों को वर्चुअल जोड़ने के लिए सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर स्क्रीन लगाए गए थे।
