जिलाधिकारी इवा आशीष श्रीवास्तव की अध्यक्षता में कोविड-19 संक्रमण की दूसरी लहर की रोकथाम के संबंध में विकासखंड जौनपुर के ग्राम प्रधानों के साथ गूगल मीट के माध्यम से बैठक आहूत सम्पन्न हुई।
बैठक में कोविड-19 संक्रमण की दूसरी लहर की रोकथाम के संबंध में ग्राम स्तर पर गठित मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी के कार्यों, अन्य जनपदों/राज्यों
से आने वाले प्रवासियों को 7 दिन तक संस्थागत कोरेन्टीन रखे जाने एवं उस पर होने वाले व्यय सहित विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर चर्चा एवं विचार विमर्श किया गया।
कोविड-19 संक्रमण की दूसरी लहर की रोकथाम हेतु की गई व्यवस्था में उपचार संबंधी सुविधाओं के बारे में *मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिषेक रुहेला* द्वारा जानकारी दी गई वहीं बैठक में उपस्थित ग्राम पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों को जिला मुख्यालय पर स्थापित कंट्रोल रूम का संपर्क सूत्र साझा किया गया।
इसके अलावा बैठक में शासन द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के क्रम में ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर गठित निगरानी समिति के अपेक्षित कार्यों/ दायित्वों के बारे में बताया गया साथ ही होम आइसोलेशन में रह रहे व्यक्तियों की निगरानी हेतु मजबूत तंत्र बनाने पर चर्चा की गई वहीं बाहरी राज्यों से अपने पैतृक गांव वापस आ रहे व्यक्तियों को गांव में स्थापित विलेज क्वारंटाइन फैसिलिटी में अनिवार्य रूप से 7 दिनों तक आइसोलेशन में रखने के निर्देश समिति को दिए गए। इस हेतु होने वाले व्यय के भुगतान की व्यवस्था के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई एवं जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी द्वारा राज्य वित्त आयोग से प्राप्त निधि के प्रयोग के बारे में समस्त शंकाओं का समाधान किया गया।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि गांव में जिन व्यक्तियों में कोविड-19 के लक्षण आ रहे हैं उनकी पहचान करने में ग्राम स्तरीय निगरानी समिति का सहयोग नितांत आवश्यक है। कहा कि ऐसे लक्षणयुक्त व्यक्तियों की पहचान करवाते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग से समन्वय स्थापित कर समय से मेडिकल किट उपलब्ध कराते हुए आवश्यक उपचार सुनिश्चित किया जाए इसके अलावा अप्रोप्रिएट व्यवहार को गांव में ग्रामीणों के मध्य लागू करवाने हेतु ग्राम प्रधानों से दूरभाष के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को सूचित कर जागरूक करने का अनुरोध किया गया। वहीं भविष्य में मास पप्रोफिलेक्सिस दवा का वितरण एवं मेडिकल किट की ग्राम स्तर पर व्यवस्था की जानकारी ग्राम प्रधानों को दी गई।
ग्राम पंचायतों में बनाये गए क्वारन्टीन सेंटर विद्युत, पेयजल, शौचालय, आदि की व्यवस्था दुरुस्त न होने की स्थिति में मरम्मत करवाई जाने हेतु संबंधित विकास खंड अधिकारी से समन्वय स्थापित कर आवश्यक कार्य करवाते हुए व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
बैठक में जनप्रतिनिधियों को वैक्सीनेशन के संबंध में स्थिति/जानकारी चाही गई जिसके संबंध में प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र थत्यूड़ द्वारा बताया गया कि पंचायत 45 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के जनप्रतिनिधियों के लिए वैक्सीन उपलब्ध है जो की वैक्सीनेशन सेंटर में आकर वैक्सीन लगवा सकते हैं वहीं 18 से 44 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग के जनप्रतिनिधियों हेतु कोविन पोर्टल के माध्यम से रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाकर वैक्सीन लगवाई जा सकती है।
ग्राम स्तरीय समिति का सहयोग ग्राम प्रधानों को प्राप्त हो इस हेतु समिति के विकासखंड स्तरीय सदस्यों के जिला स्तरीय धिकारियों को पत्र प्रेषित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
बैठक में परियोजना निदेशक डीआरडीए आनंद भाकुनी, जिला विकास अधिकारी सुनील कुमार, जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी, खंड विकास अधिकारी जौनपुर, संबंधित प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी के अलावा 70 से अधिक प्रधानगणों ने प्रतिभाग किया।
