देहरादून। कोविड-19 की स्थिति को लेकर सचिवालय स्थित मीडिया सेंटर में आयोजित प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में आज विभिन्न विषयों पर जानकारी प्रदान की गई।
मुख्य सचिव श्री ओमप्रकाश ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि विदेशों से वैक्सीन का आयात किया जाए और इसके लिए एक कमेटी गठित कर दी गई है। कमेटी में पांच सदस्य हैं, अपर सचिव युगल किशोर पंत, अपर सचिव अरूणय सिंह चैहान, निदेशक अभिप्राप्ति चिकित्सा महानिदेशालय, खजानचंद पांडे राज्य वित्त सेवा के अधिकारी और पीपीई किट प्रकोष्ठ नियोजन विभाग, उत्तराखंड शासन में तैनात सुमंत शर्मा हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि भारत सरकार से भी हम लगातार वार्ता कर रहे हैं। जितनी वैक्सीन अभी मिली है, वे अपेक्षाकृत कम है। इस महीने हमें 8 लाख और अगले महीने 9 लाख वैक्सीन मिल पाएगी, उसमें भी यह शर्त है कि जिन्हें वैक्सीन का फस्र्ट डोज लग चुका है, उन्हें सेकंड डोज दिया जाए।
उन्होंने बताया कि देश की प्रमुख कंपनियों से भी हमारी बातचीत चल रही है कि वे केंद्र सरकार के अतिरिक्त हमें भी वैक्सीन दे। कुछ वैक्सीन हमें मिल भी चुकी है और कुछ मिलनी बाकी है। हम अगले दो महीने में स्पूतनिक वैक्सीन के 20 लाख डोज का आयात करेंगे। इसके लिए समिति गठित हो गई है और धनराशि की भी व्यवस्था हो गई है। जो हाॅस्पिटल एवं दवा विक्रेता वो ओवर चार्जिंग कर रहे हैं या दवा की कालाबाजारी कर रहे हैं या वास्तविक दवा न देकर नकली दवाइयां दे रहे हैं, उनके खिलाफ सख्ती से प्रभावी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
मुख्य सचिव ने बताया कि हमारे पास 80 मीट्रिक टन आॅक्सीजन पहुंची है और हमें रोज 60 टन आॅक्सीजन चाहिए। अभी हमें 20-20 मीट्रिक टन के दो कंटेनर अलाॅट हुए हैं। हमने केंद्र सरकार से कंटेनर उपलब्ध करवाने का अनुरोध किया है और हमें विश्वास है कि शुक्रवार तक हमें 6 कंटेनर और मिल जाएंगे। अभी हमें दो कंटेनर मिले हैं।
आईजी श्री अमित सिन्हा ने बताया कि कल 110 के करीब स्थानों पर दबिश दी गइ्र्र थी, हमें कालाबाजारी की भी काफी सूचनाएं मिलती हैं, जिनके आधार पर 136 स्थानों पर कल दबिश दी गई थी। अब तक कुल 24 एफआईआर हुई हैं, 35 अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है और 204 की बरामदगी हुई है। 587 लोगों को मास्क न पहनने पर चालान हुआ है, 6057 लोगों पर सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के उल्लंघन पर चालान हुआ है।
उन्होंने बताया कि हमने अब तक 4 करोड़ 26 लाख रूपए का शमन शुल्क वसूला है। अब तक 2 लाख 61 हजार लोगों का चालान कट चुके हैं। नकली दवाई बेचने पर सजा आजन्म कारावास है। मेरा जनता से अनुरोध है कि जनता सामने आए और कालाबाजारी करते या नकली दवाई बेचते दिखें तो उसकी हमें सूचना दे। उस पर तुरंत जांच कर शीघ्र कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
सचिन डॉ पंकज कुमार पांडेय ने बताया कि हमारी टेक्निकल कमेटी के एक्सपर्टस ने हमें सलाह दी है कि हमें कोविड की गंभीरता को कम करना है तो यदि हम प्रोफाइलेक्सिस देंगे तो इसके अच्छे परिणाम होंगे। राज्य सरकार ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि हम अपनी पूरी जनसंख्या को दवाई देंगे। इसमें आइवरमेक्टिन दवाई का प्रयोग किया जाएगा। इसकी प्रोसेस शुरू कर दी गई है। इसमें एडल्ट्स को तीन दिन दी जाएगी। इसका बहुत कम साइड इफेक्ट हैं। गर्भवती महिलाओं और बच्चों को नहीं दी जाएगी।
