मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कुमाल्डा एवं उसके आसपास के आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कमिश्नर गढ़वाल एवं जिलाधिकारी टिहरी को निर्देश दिए कि आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्र के लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर ले जाएं। उनके लिए भोजन एवं अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था की जाय।
मुख्यमंत्री ने जेसीबी से आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्र का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जो मार्ग अवरुद्ध हुए हैं, लोगों को आवागमन के लिए वैकल्पिक मार्ग की व्यवस्था की जाए। जिन इन क्षेत्रों में पेयजल एवं विद्युत की आपूर्ति बाधित हुई है उन क्षेत्रों में विद्युत एवं पेयजल की जल्द सुचारू व्यवस्थाएं की जाय।
