टिहरी,पूर्व सैनिक चंद्रमोहन नौटियाल जी 2013 से स्थानीय युवाओं के लिए सैन्य प्रशिक्षण कैंप चला रहे हैं.
देवभूमिउत्तराखंड की पावन भूमि ने देश की रक्षा में अपना सर्वस्व समर्पित करने वाले अनेक लालों को जन्म दिया है. मां भारती की रक्षा करने में उत्तराखंड के वीर जवान अपने प्राणों की परवाह न कर सदैव अग्रिम मोर्चे पर खड़े रहकर अपनी वीरता से उत्तराखंडियों की शौर्यगाथा लिखते रहे हैं.
देश भक्ति का जुनून एक युवा को सेना में भर्ती होने की ओर उन्मुख करता है और जब वह सेना में भर्ती होता है तो राष्ट्र के लिए अपना सर्वस्व न्यौछावर कर देता है. इसीलिए कहते हैं एक अवधि पूर्ण करने के बाद सेवा की औपचारिकताओं के चलते भले एक सैनिक सरकारी सेवा से निवृत्त हो जाता है, लेकिन राष्ट्र सेवा के प्रति अपने समर्पण से वह जीवनपर्यंत देश की सेवा में अपने को समर्पित कर देता है. जी हां, हम यहां बात कर रहे हैं जनपद टिहरी गढ़वाल के पट्टी नैलचामी, गांव- जखन्याली के श्री चंद्रमोहन नैटियाल जी की, जो सेना से सेवानिवृत्त भले हुए हों, लेकिन अपने राष्ट्रसेवा, सामाजिक और देश प्रेम के दायित्व के लिए दिनरात वर्षों से सक्रिय हैं.
पूर्व सैनिक चंद्रमोहन नौटियाल (Chandramohan Nautiyal) ने अपने सेवाकाल के दौरान सेना के आईटी सेल में कार्य किया. सेना की रीढ़ मानी जाने वाली सूचना तकनीकि के मोर्चे पर अद्वितीय कार्य करने के दौरान वे देश के विभिन्न सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत रहे. चंद्रमोहन नौटियाल जी सेना में उल्लेखनीय कार्य करने के बाद 2012 में सैन्य सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हुए. अन्य पेशे में सेवारत लोग जहां सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद आराम की जिंदगी जीने का रास्ता चुनते हैं, वहीं पूर्व सैनिक चंद्रमोहन नौटियाल ने सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद देश सेवा व समाजसेवा का रास्ता पकड़ा और गांव में अनेक सामाजिक कार्यों के अग्रदूत बन गए.
पूर्व सैनिक चंद्रमोहन नौटियाल जी 2013 से स्थानीय युवाओं के लिए सैन्य प्रशिक्षण कैंप (military training camp) चला रहे हैं. चंद्रमोहन नौटियाल कहते हैं कि सेना में भर्ती होने के लिए पहाड़ के युवाओं में मेहनत, जज्बे की कोई कमी नहीं है, लेकिन बस उन्हें कोई रास्ता दिखाने वाला मार्गदर्शक मिल जाए. पूर्व सैनिक नौटियाल कहते हैं अन्य सेवाओं में शत प्रतिशत रिजल्ट परीक्षकों के हाथ में होता है, लेकिन सेना में जाने के लिए अगर आपने ठान ली और उन मापदंडों की तैयारी अपने कठिन परिश्रम से पूरी कर ली तो यहां सफलता का रिजल्ट आपके हाथ में होता है. पूर्व सैनिक नौटियाल अपने क्षेत्र के स्थानीय युवाओं को सेना में भर्ती होने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कराते हैं और भर्ती परीक्षा के लिए तैयार करते हैं. वे 2013 से सैकड़ों युवाओं को भर्ती पूर्व प्रशिक्षण दे चुके हैं और कई लोग विभिन्न सैन्य भर्तियों में पास होकर देश सेवा में उत्तराखंड को गौरव बढ़ा रहे हैं.
