नई टिहरी : कोरोना महामारी की दूसरी लहर के दौरान देश-विदेश से अपने घर लौट रहे व्यक्तियों की देख-रेख हेतु ग्राम स्तर पर गठित 1035 निगरानी समितियां सक्रिय हो चुकी है। यह जानकारी देते हुए मुख्य विकास अधिकारी/ कोविड-19 प्रभारी अभिषेक रुहेला ने बताया कि जनपद में प्रवेश करने वाले प्रत्येक प्रवासी को गांव में ही निर्धारित आइसोलेशन केंद्र (विद्यालय भवन, पंचायत भवन, बारात घर, सामुदायिक भवन, मिलान केंद्र) में 7 दिन की अवधि के लिए अलग रखा जा रहा है। कहा कि आइसोलेशन पर रखे गए व्यक्तियों के स्वास्थ्य, भोजन, पेयजल, आने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का विवरण का लेखा-जोखा रखने की जिम्मेदारी 6 सदस्य युक्त ग्राम निगरानी समिति को दी गई है, जिसमें ग्राम प्रधान, आशा कार्यकत्री, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री, राजस्व उपनिरीक्षक, ग्राम विकास अधिकारी व ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी शामिल है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रवासियों से संबंधित जानकारी जनपद के प्रवेश द्वारों/चेक पोस्ट से सीधे ग्राम प्रधान संबंधित ग्राम प्रधान को उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। वहीं ग्राम निगरानी समिति के दैनिक रूप से विकासखंड स्तर पर अनुश्रवण का दायित्व संबंधित उपजिलाधिकारी व खंड विकास अधिकारी को दिया गया है
जबकि जनपद स्तर पर इसकी दैनिक रूप से मॉनिटरिंग हेतु परियोजना निदेशक डीआरडीए आनंद भाकुनी को नोडल अधिकारी बनाया गया है।
