मानसून के दृष्टिगत शुक्रवार को काबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कैनाल रोड स्थित एकता एनक्लेव में निरीक्षण किया। जहां काबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने बारीकी से स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर मौके पर मौजूद संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को फटकार लगाते हुए काबिना मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि मानसून में बरसात का पानी लोगों के घरों में न पहुंच सके, इसके लिए क्षेत्र की सभी नालियों और सभी ड्रेनेज को साफ रखने के निर्देश दिए। मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने स्थिति को देखते हुए एकता एनक्लेव में बरसात के पानी से उत्पन्न हो रही जलभराव की समस्या के लिए संबंधित अधिकारीयों को सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि पानी की पाईप लाईन बिछाकर बरसाती पानी की निकासी व्यवस्था को सुदृढ बनाएं ताकि जलभराव की स्थिति में पानी की जल्द से जल्द निकासी हो सके और आमजन को किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि विकास कार्यों में किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
