उत्तराखण्ड स्टेट सीड् एण्ड ऑर्गनिक प्रोडक्शन सर्टीफिकेशन एजेन्सी की प्रबन्ध कारिणी परिषद् की 50वीं बैठक कृषि मंत्री, उत्तराखण्ड सरकार की अध्यक्षता में दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2022 को सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक में शासन द्वारा नामित सदस्यों का स्वागत किया गया। इस बैठक में वर्ष 2022-23 के बजट की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गयी कृषि मंत्री द्वारा एजेन्सी के आय के स्रोत बढ़ाने हेतु बीज एवं जैविक प्रमाणीकरण के कार्य क्षेत्र को विस्तार करने पर बल दिया गया। बीज एवं जैविक प्रमाणीकरण के अन्तर्गत अन्तराष्ट्रीय स्तर के प्रमाणन के लिये एक सलाहकार नियुक्त करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया, जो मानकों के अन्तर्गत प्रमाणन कार्यों को प्रभावी रूप से पूर्ण करने में एजेन्सी को सहयोग प्रदान करेगा। जैविक प्रमाणीकरण कार्यों में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिये तकनीकी कार्य करने वाले कार्मिकों को टैबलेट उपलब्ध कराने का निर्णय लिया गया। जिससे सम्पन्न किये जा रहे प्रमाणीकरण कार्यों की जियो टैगिंग की जा सके।
